Note: days will be counted except from pick-up & delivery date. Transit schedule can vary according to cut off time of various route trains hence no claim would be entertained based on this. The particulars of insurance policy(s) must be declared before commencement of transactions as per Annexure. Insurance would be charged NIL of invoice – if no declaration to this effect is made it would be presumed that the materials is insured and ultimately only the underwriters would be responsible for the losses. In case of any misshapenness such as damage pilferage shortage then Censer Logistics will issue a Certificate of Facts(C O F).
General: Only the Consignment(s) permitted to be carried by law is accepted by us and anything of Hazardous nature or chemicals, inflammables, currency notes, gold or silver items etc are not accepted/ carried. The responsibility for any wrong declaration and the consequences arising out of the same will be the Customer’s Responsibility and we accept no responsibility/liability for leakage under the Carrier’s Act
Jurisdiction: That it has been agreed that all disputes that may arise out of this agreement will be settled in the courts and the courts only shall have the jurisdiction in all matters that arises between the parties to the agreement. The jurisdiction of the courts shall be at Bhubaneswar only.
